Workflow Explained

Our process begins when you, the client, visit our website and submit a request for our structural engineering services. Simply click on the “Request Services” or “Get a Quote” button on our homepage.

You’ll be prompted to fill out a form with your contact information, and you can easily attach any project details, drawings, or relevant documents using the provided file upload fields.

2. Confirmation Email:

After you submit your request, our system will immediately send you an automated confirmation email. This email acknowledges that we’ve received your request and provides an estimated timeline for the next steps.

3. Initial Contact and Discussion:

A member of our team, such as a project manager or sales representative, will review your request and promptly contact you via phone or email to confirm the details.

During this conversation, we’ll discuss your project requirements in more detail, answer any questions you may have, and assess the scope of work.

4. Proposal Preparation:

Based on the information gathered during our initial discussion, our team will prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated costs, timelines, and any specific terms and conditions.

We will send this proposal to you through email or our secure client portal for your review.

5. Proposal Acceptance:

You will review the proposal, and if you’re satisfied, you can accept it. This can be done by digitally signing the proposal or confirming your acceptance through our online system.

6. Down Payment Request:

Once you’ve accepted the proposal, we will send you an invoice or payment request for the agreed-upon down payment. You can make this payment either through a wire or securely through our website, where we accept various payment methods.

7. Project Commencement:

Upon receiving the down payment, we will formally initiate the project. This may involve assigning engineers or architects to your project, conducting virtual meetings, scheduling site visits, or commencing the design phase.

8. Project Progress Updates:

Throughout the project, we will provide you with regular progress updates.

9. Project Completion:

Once your project is completed, we will deliver the final engineering documents, reports, or any other deliverables to you.

10. Final Payment and Closure:

At this stage, we will invoice you for any remaining balance, if applicable.

11. Feedback and Follow-Up:
