Raed’s journey in the world of engineering began at the University of Portsmouth, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering in 2009. This solid academic foundation laid the groundwork for his future success.
Complementing his structural engineering expertise, Raed earned a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the prestigious University of Manchester. This dual educational background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of construction projects.

Raed Al is not only well-educated but also highly experienced. With a LEED certification and over a decade of experience in design-build projects, he possesses a deep understanding of sustainable and environmentally conscious construction practices.
His expertise extends to various aspects of the construction process, from pre construction to the field application. Raed has assisted with designing over 40 projects in South Florida in the last 10 years.

With a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami, Florida, USA, earned in 2007, Dr. Abou Saleh a highly qualified professional dedicated to pushing the boundaries of structural engineering.

Zaher Abou Saleh
Professional Journey:
Dr. Abou Saleh journey in the field began in 1994, where he started as a structural designer. His early experiences laid the foundation for his future success, and he quickly proved himself as a promising talent.
From 2001 to 2008, he held the role of Part-Time Senior Structural Designer, during which time he took on the challenge of designing several high-rise buildings featuring post-tension systems, elevated slabs, and beams. His innovative designs and meticulous approach ensured the structural integrity of these complex projects.
In addition to his design work, Dr. Abou Saleh has honed his project management skills, consistently ensuring that projects are not only well-executed but also completed within the designated timelines.

Dr. Abou Saleh commitment to education extends beyond his professional achievements. He has shared his wealth of knowledge at reputable universities, contributing to the next generation of civil & structural engineers.
His educational experience includes teaching roles at the following esteemed institutions: Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Miami University (UM), Notre Dame University (NDU), and the University of Balamand Dubai (UOBD).
